1. ENQUIRY & BOOKING PROCESS

All bookings submitted through our website are treated as enquiries only and are subject to approval. No payment is required at the time of submitting an enquiry.

• Requested dates and times do not guarantee a confirmed booking.
• We review each enquiry based on weather, vehicle condition, travel distance, existing bookings, and operational requirements.
• Once approved, a deposit invoice will be issued through Square. Your booking is only secured upon receipt of the deposit.
• Dube Auto Detail reserves the right to reschedule or decline any enquiry due to weather, safety, or operational requirements.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment:

• Notice provided more than 48 hours in advance: Your deposit can be transferred to a new booking date.
• Notice provided less than 48 hours in advance: The deposit is forfeited to cover administrative costs and lost scheduling.
• No-show appointments: The deposit is forfeited, and future bookings may require full pre-payment.

3. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

As a mobile service provider, we require:

• Safe and legal access to the vehicle.
• Sufficient space around the vehicle to operate safely (approx. 1.5m clearance).
• Access to a standard power outlet and water tap (unless otherwise arranged).

4. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We take immense pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify the technician immediately on-site or contact us within 24 hours. We will make every reasonable effort to rectify the issue.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

After a booking enquiry is approved, a deposit invoice will be issued via Square. The deposit amount will be communicated at time of confirmation and credited toward your final service balance. Final payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payments. Fleet/commercial accounts are subject to agreed-upon invoicing terms.
